How to Change Front Screen on An Open Razr V3
If you don’t understand the meaning of the title: It is simply what the phone displays when the razr is open (ex: Cingular logo, Motorola “M” logo)
Tools you need:
Data Cable (usb)
P2kman
Some sort of photo editor (ex: Adobe Photoshop, Corel, etc.)
Guide:
1.Find image you want to put on the phone (can be a picture or image you made) the image size must be 96×80 pixels.
2. Save the image as cl.gif (must be exact and a gif file).
3. Open P2kman and make sure phone is connected. Find the old cl.gif file and delete it then simply upload the new one to the same folder.
And yes, you will need to manually restart phone by holding down off button then start up again and it should work.

I downloded all the things, p2k package, flash&back, etc but it displays ” Phone Not Cobbected”. what should i do?

I used p2ktools, which was a lot simpler, but beside the point. motorola driver installer.exe would probably help with it not recognizing the phone. i can’t explain what it does (i haven’t used it in a while) but it will probably help.
