i have got a sgh d500 on prange and it was unklocked but i used a code (#7465625*638*Code# = Disables Network lock) and its locked it to o2 can anyone help me unlock it again plz

i have d500, but my cell show LIMITED SERVICE AND A RECEVER CUT SIGN top of the screen and no call make. pls any body tell me ,why i disable and remove the LIMITED SERVICE.
